Setting up Parental Controls depends on the device you’re using. You'll need to find out if your device supports profiles, then if your device does support profiles see this page for instructions.  

If your device doesn’t support profiles, please read on.

Step 1: On smart TVs that don’t support profiles, you can set up a Parental Controls PIN by going to the Settings page and clicking on “Parental Controls”. If you’re using a web browser, you can turn the Parental Controls on/off from the Programme page.

Step 2: Agree to the Terms of Use then click ‘Confirm’ and your settings will be saved. The next time you try to watch content with a G rating, you'll be asked to enter your PIN.
